Evening Alternative School

Mobile County Public Schools is able to expand a new program at Scarborough Middle School for students with serious discipline issues to attend school in smaller, more individualized and structured environment. This program strives to provide a safe and academically encouraging atmosphere for 20 students that would otherwise fall behind and be at risk of dropping out.

Big House Foundation

Our Big House Foundation was able to provide 130 children in foster care in Mobile County with a new swimsuit and embroidered towel this summer because of your generous contributions! For many children in foster care, this may be the first time they have ever had something personalized for them. It is a gift that is extra special and uniquely their own.

Alabama Coastal Foundation

ACF’s Mobile Bay Estuary Corps Program is now able to promote wise stewardship to 1,200 area middle schools children about water quality and living resources of Alabama’s estuaries through education, volunteer experience, and career path guidance. Alabama’s natural resources are at risk, and the best way to correct this problem is education.
